Summit Tax Solutions provides business tax preparation that prioritizes understanding the business tax codes and accurate filing, so that you can focus on what you do best… growing your business. 

Summit Tax Solutions will be a trusted advisor to your company. We will work closely with you to make sure we gain an intimate knowledge of your company to ensure your business taxes are compliant with tax code and we will provide tax planning for future tax years to reduce your company’s tax burden to the lowest extent possible. We can also provide tax planning and consulting for single transactions or for future tax years, based off projections (NOTE: Tax planning services are billed at $175/hour).


PRICING

Small business tax services and preparation can be costly. Most firms and tax service companies will quote you a low price or hourly rate, then hit you with add-ons for various additional forms, etc. Our fees fixed are transparent to help you budget for this necessary expense.

(NOTE: Fees do not include the cost of year end journal entries to close your company’s books. These are billed at $125/Hour, in conjunction with our bookkeeping services)

 

  • Form 1120 (C-Corp)

    - $1,850 (Plus $200 for Each Additional State, If Multi-State)

  • Form 1120S (S-Corp)

    - $1,750 (Plus $200 for Each Additional State, If Multi-State)

  • Form 1065 (LLC)

    - $1,750 (Plus $200 for Each Additional State, If Multi-State)

  • Form 1065 (Partnership)

    - $1,750 (Plus $200 for Each Additional State, If Multi-State)

  • Schedule C (Sole Proprietor or Single-Member LLC)

    - $950 (Includes Your Individual Taxes on Form 1040)

    - Plus $200 for Each Additional State, If Multi-State). If multiple Schedules C, then $950 for the first and $450 for each additional.

  • Schedule E (Sole Proprietor or Single-Member LLC)

    - $950 (Includes Your Individual Taxes on Form 1040

    - Plus $200 for Each Additional State, If Multi-State). If multiple Schedules E, then $950 for the first and $450 for each additional.

  • Extensions

    - $250 (Includes all extensions and additional extensions for the year's taxes for your business)

  • Tax Consulting (and associated projects)

    - $150/Hour
